Effective for All Case Numbers assigned on or after June 11, 2012, all forward SF Forward Streamline Transactions that are refinancing an FHA loan that was endorsed on or before May 31, 2009, the Annual MIP and UFMIP will Decrease. The Annual MIP will be .55% and the UFMIP will Decrease from 1% to .01% of the Base Loan Amount.
